Dedicated consulting and client service functions are fundamental to the delivery of ipac’s implemented investment solutions. There is a specialist consultant that focuses on the needs of each client as well as communication and product management support of the highest quality.

investment management

This team is responsible for capital markets research, fund manager selection and monitoring, and portfolio construction. The research effort is team based with the lead analyst supported by a secondary analyst. Investment ideas must carry the conviction of the investment team and ipac’s investment committee to be implemented. At ipac, the testing of new thinking with peers is critical to ensure only the best investment ideas make it into the portfolios.

ipac complements its extensive in-house research capabilities with a consulting arrangement with Watson Wyatt. This alliance gives ipac access to their analysts spread across the world, enhancing ipac’s global reach. In essence, you have two businesses working for you to find new investment opportunities.

operations

ipac’s operational infrastructure enables products to be clearly distinguished from one another while also benefiting from a common investment platform and custodial relationship. The portfolios are implemented through a mandate structure to reduce costs and to optimise performance. There is daily management of cash flows, daily rebalancing and a host of other operational activities all done as efficiently as possible.
